Your enquiries
We use the details you submit to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and confirm a requested appointment. Required fields are identified in the forms. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, WEBORA’s legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Submissions and attachments are sent through Resend to contact.weboraa@gmail.com. They are not stored in a website database. Keep only useful documents and never send passwords or sensitive data.
Recipients and processors
WEBORA receives the enquiry. Resend processes the email transmission, the email provider delivers it, and the host processes technical data needed for operation and security. Gemini receives only the text voluntarily submitted to the AI assistant when that feature is used.
Retention
Business enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up, then archived or deleted according to legal obligations. Unsuccessful drafts remain in your browser fields and are not confirmed as sent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Contact contact.weboraa@gmail.com.
